The May ceremony be done at two sites in Spokane: one at the Indian Petroglyphs Painted Rocks Natural Area in northern Spokane on both days, and on Saturday only, at a place at the base of Mt. Spokane.

The Mt. Spokane location requires a little uphill walking.

Petroglyph area directions: From Francis Ave, go north on Indian Trail Road, which turns into Rutter Parkway. The park is on the left, by the Little Spokane River. Or going north on Division, go left on Hawthorne Rd. to Waikiki Rd., going West and winding around, till it turns into Rutters Parkway. Park on right side.
