You rose from the purple salt plain and aqua water a mountain mesa in golden peach splendor. A womb belly full of grandmothers from the Pleiades Returning and remembering
We are the ghost dancers We circle around We make a pathway to the watchers on hallowed ground We chanted Uluru it is you and found a doorway with our love songs
While the winds passed through our ghostly bodies We cast the star coordinates within a circle on your breasts. Then you rose from the crystal cave in the heart of Earth Mother with fire in your eyes. And passed the rain shakers so we could hold them to the sky
Uluru Grandmother you called the ghost dancers to set the crystal hoops in motion We leave traces of the spiral we weave with Bear feet stomping and heart songs thumping.
For I came into this world to belong to the world Though they do not see me We circle around with our voices soft and strong Shaking with lightening. |
